📋 Description

• process inbound claim contacts from dealers, repair facilities, sales agents, contract holders, etc. via applicable channels • process queue contacts from the claims queues, email and or chat channels from dealers, repair facilities, sales/agents as well as internal and external customers • process various requests from managers and lead adjuster • correspond with various vendors throughout the claim adjudication process as needed • perform other duties as assigned, delegated by management

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of service contract, insurance or automotive industry • Proficiency working within a claims or automotive type setting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, both internal and external • 1-2 years of experience working within a fast-paced automotive, insurance or claims environment • Some automotive experience, working within a service department as a technician, service writer, or warranty administrator • High school diploma or equivalent required • Automotive training or experience preferred • Some college preferred • Similar work experience in lieu of education acceptable • Mechanical certifications (ASE) a plus
