📋 Description

• Strategic consulting: You advise our clients on developing holistic Modern Work, Smart Work and cloud strategies • Project leadership: You take technical lead of client projects around SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, information architectures and other cloud solutions • Stakeholder management: You plan and facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and decision-making formats with business units, IT and management • Teamwork: You work closely with our internal consulting, engineering and project teams • Development: You monitor current cloud, AI and market trends, identify innovative features to optimize business processes, and actively contribute to the further development of our consulting portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational qualification in IT, business, engineering or a related field • Several years of experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in the Microsoft, Modern Work or cloud environment • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Azure • Experience with cloud strategies, AI/Copilot, security standards and ideally Graph API and PowerShell • Experience in client projects, leading workshops, stakeholder management and change management when introducing new technologies • Structured, independent working style, strategic thinking as well as strong communication, moderation and presentation skills • High interpersonal skills, team orientation and ability to convincingly drive innovation and new technologies within the team • Excellent German and good English skills, plus willingness to travel
