📋 Description

• Requirements gathering & solution design: You capture requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation • Microsoft Power Platform & M365 (Modern Work): You design and implement solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform • Copilot Studio & agentic AI development (low-code): You design and develop AI-powered copilots and agents using low-code approaches • Development & enhancement: You develop tailored business applications and AI-related solutions • Agile work & project ownership: You independently deliver projects using Scrum or Kanban • Knowledge sharing & enablement: You train clients and Provectus colleagues on the Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and ideally Dataverse • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint & Teams, and modern work scenarios • Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and the design/implementation of AI-driven copilots or agentic solutions • Familiarity with use-case design, governance, prompting, and adoption • Ability to capture requirements in a structured way, analyze them, and translate them into business and technical concepts • Strong communication skills in German and English • Customer- and service-oriented
