📋 Description

• Act as key support to the International Head of Finance on financial, operational, and administrative tasks • Manage and execute end-to-end intercompany consolidation process across ProVeg entities • Provide accounting support for international projects and grants, including budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders • Participate in annual budget cycle and regular forecasting processes with cross-team collaboration • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial actuals reports; identify variances and provide insights to leadership • Assist in preparing finance updates and presentations for the leadership team • Contribute to financial transformation by streamlining processes and rolling out new international finance software

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced financial analysis skills • Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including intercompany transactions, project accounting, and grant management • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial actuals reporting • Advanced Google Sheets & data modeling (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTDATA, pivot tables) • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills • Problem-solving mindset and experience with efficiency and process improvement • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work 32-40 hours per week (full- or part-time options mentioned) • Remote work preferred from Berlin or UK/DE/PL/ES/NL • Application must include cover letter, CV, and work certificates
