📋 Description
• Serve as a key liaison between Revenue Cycle operations and Information Services • Monitor work queues and reporting to identify trends and issues • Analyze workflows and system configuration to identify gaps or inefficiencies • Translate business needs into system requirements • Participate in testing and implementation of system changes • Develop training materials and job aids
🎯 Requirements
• Formal technical training, especially in data resource management principals • Upon hire: Certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration I & II, but can be obtained while in position • 5 years progressively more responsible work experience in a health care business office • Data control functions
