📋 Description

• Timely, accurate, and comprehensive review of provider claims to optimize reimbursement and ensure compliance with regulatory statutes. • Identify trends and educational opportunities for providers to ensure proper coding, documentation, and accuracy of billing within specialties. • Oversee revenue cycle coding operations and provide progressive management to the department. • Support delivery of cost-effective, clinically competent ambulatory services as part of Swedish Medical Group.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, business administration or other closely related field. Or equivalent educ/experience. • 5 to 10 years equivalent work experience which includes progressive management experience and provides the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. • 5 years Progressively more responsible related work and personnel management in health care industry. • ICD-10/CPT coding experience (preferred)
