📋 Description
• Responsible for day-to-day management of professional and general liability claims. • Investigate, evaluate and manage claims against the organization. • Maintain accurate claims files and summaries in data management software. • Communicate with patients, claimants, and facility leadership. • Monitor disclosure and early resolution opportunities. • Ensure compliance with claims reporting procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline or Equivalent combination of education and experience in the insurance industry; claims management; or legal handling of claims issues. • 7 years of relevant general and professional liability claims processing or management experience. • STARS or similar claims management software. • Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) upon hire.
