• Develop and administer various compensation programs including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans. • Conduct job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews. • Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective. • Develop compensation recommendations and costing. • Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation related items. • Assist in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation related programs. • Conduct data collection and analysis for special projects.
• 5 years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications. • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred) • Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred) • Healthcare experience (preferred) • Union environment experience (preferred)
