📋 Description

• We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a forward-thinking IT organization focused on driving innovation and operational efficiency. • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing complex systems, improving processes, and collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. • You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps in current workflows, and support the design and testing of enterprise-level systems. • Your ability to blend business insight with technical expertise will be key in aligning solutions with strategic goals. • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. • Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for optimization. • Collaborate on the design, configuration, and testing of software systems and tools. • Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirement documents. • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Support testing efforts, including test plan creation, execution, and issue tracking. • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements based on findings and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role. • Strong understanding of systems automation and process design across multiple teams or departments. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Experience with process modeling and documentation tools.
