📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • ProVision Virtual Solutions is looking for a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation through paid and organic digital channels. • In this critical role, you will be entirely responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital ad campaigns across various platforms to attract and convert prospects for our professional services. • Your success will directly translate into new business opportunities and growth for the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation. • Proven track record of successfully creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). • Solid understanding of SEO principles , content marketing, and email marketing. • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, platform-specific reporting). • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for compelling ad copy. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience marketing professional services (e.g., accounting, legal, consulting) to B2B clients is highly preferred.
