📋 Description
• Lead design and evolution of Proximity’s data and automation architecture. • Build frameworks that unify analytical, transactional, and agentic workloads. • Establish engineering systems that support data integrity, quality, testing, and reliability. • Mentor and develop technical leaders across infrastructure, data, and application domains. • Partner with Product and Operations to align roadmap and technical strategy. • Expand the automation platform to support configurable workflows and AI-assisted task execution. • Maintain and represent high standards of security, compliance, and audit readiness. • Grow the engineering organization responsibly, introducing specialization as the platform matures.

• Experienced engineering leader with hands-on roots in large-scale data or automation platforms. • Fluent in workflow orchestration, event-driven systems, and AI/LLM integration concepts. • Skilled at balancing architectural rigor with delivery velocity. • Collaborative, transparent, and grounded in both business impact and technical excellence. • Energized by building teams and systems that combine human expertise with machine efficiency. • Innovation obsessed, continuously looking for new problems that can be solved with new and emerging technologies.
