📋 Description

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and data pipelines; • Build executive dashboards and reports in Metabase and Looker; • Manipulate, transform, and analyze data using Python and JSON; • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis; • Administer, configure, and evolve the corporate chatbot based on LLMs; • Develop and refine prompts to improve AI response quality; • Manage conversational flows, API integrations, and chatbot architecture; • Create, review, and maintain FAQs, technical documentation, and the knowledge base used by the AI; • Continuously feed the chatbot's knowledge base with up-to-date information; • Map manual processes and implement automation solutions using AI and system integrations; • Work in partnership with technical teams and business areas to define solutions and improvements;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SQL (queries, data modeling, and data pipelines); • Development of data pipelines and data modeling; • Building executive dashboards in Metabase and Looker; • Programming in Python and handling JSON for data analysis and transformation; • Experience with Generative AI (LLMs) and chatbot platforms (e.g., Ultimate AI); • Creation and optimization of prompts (Prompt Engineering); • Chatbot administration, including conversational flows, API integrations, and architecture; • Management and maintenance of knowledge bases for AI; • Experience in automating processes using AI and integrating systems;
