• Create, review, and refine microcopy for conversational flows across digital channels such as WhatsApp and RCS; • Design conversational journeys focused on clarity, usability, and user experience; • Ensure language consistency and alignment with the brand's tone of voice; • Adapt messages according to context, channel, and user profile; • Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, and Engineering teams to define conversational experiences; • Contribute to continuous improvements in virtual assistant flows and interactions; • Participate in discussions on information architecture and conversational experience; • Apply UX Writing and Conversational Design best practices; • Support content validation and review prior to publication; • Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve users' digital experience; • Contribute to the development of conversational writing standards and style guides.
• Experience in UX Writing and creating content for digital experiences; • Experience with conversational journeys on WhatsApp, chatbots, virtual assistants, or similar channels; • Knowledge of Conversational Design and building conversation flows; • Ability to write clear, concise, empathetic copy oriented to the user experience; • Experience working closely with UX/UI teams; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Collaborative and organized work style; • Comfortable working in agile, multidisciplinary environments; • Preferred: prior experience with WhatsApp Business projects; knowledge of RCS (Rich Communication Services); experience with large-scale digital products; experience with virtual assistants and automated flows; knowledge of conversational experience metrics and analysis; experience in telecommunications, digital customer service, or self-service sectors.
