📋 Description

• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and postmortems; • Define observability standards (Dynatrace, Grafana Loki) and SLIs/SLOs; • Ensure code quality and engineering best practices (PR/code reviews, testing, retries, timeouts); • Standardize pipelines and deployments in Azure DevOps using GitOps via Argo CD; • Manage secrets (Azure Key Vault) and version manifests on AKS; • Support tuning of Oracle queries and implement messaging best practices (AWS SNS/SQS, ZeroMQ); • Mentor developers and align priorities with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a support/maintenance Tech Lead; • Proficiency in Python 3.10/3.11 and .NET 6; • Knowledge of React; • Experience with Azure/AKS, Argo CD, Azure DevOps and Azure Key Vault; • Integrations with Oracle, AWS SNS/SQS and ZeroMQ; • Observability with Dynatrace and Grafana Loki; • Communicative, pragmatic and results- and SLO-oriented profile; • Availability for on-call duty, rotating every 3 days (weekdays 18:00–23:00 / non-working days 10:00–22:00).
