📋 Description

• Plan, structure, and monitor the software quality strategy within agile squads • Create, maintain, and execute functional, exploratory, integration, and regression test plans, scenarios, and cases • Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts and suites using Robot Framework, with support from Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright • Create and maintain BDD-driven test scenarios using Gherkin/Cucumber • Perform testing and validation of REST APIs, ensuring contracts, business rules, and data integrity • Manage test cycles, evidence, and defect traceability using Jira Software and Confluence/Xray • Integrate and monitor automated test execution in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins • Support the identification and mitigation of technical and business risks before production deployments • Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and business teams in Scrum/Kanban agile ceremonies

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation • Strong proficiency in developing automated tests with Robot Framework • Hands-on experience writing and specifying BDD/Gherkin scenarios • Experience executing and automating REST API tests using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar • Knowledge of and experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience managing tests and tracking bugs in Jira, as well as maintaining documentation in Confluence • Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins • Basic knowledge of Git version control • Preferred: experience testing Android and iOS mobile applications using Appium • Preferred: experience with other web automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright • Preferred: experience in the financial services, payments, or insurance/assistance sectors • Preferred: software quality certifications such as CTFL, CT-TAE, or Scrum.org certifications
