📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI-based solutions to optimize processes and support decision-making; • Create and maintain process automations and operational workflows to drive efficiency and productivity gains; • Develop scripts and integrations using Python for data processing, transformation and analysis; • Collect, clean and analyze data to generate strategic insights; • Build and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), supporting business areas in decision-making; • Use Databricks for processing, engineering and analysis of large-scale data; • Participate in projects focused on operational efficiency, performance and scalability of solutions; • Identify continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis and process automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience applying Artificial Intelligence to business and processes; • Experience with process automation and operational workflows; • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations and data handling; • Experience in data analysis and KPI monitoring; • Experience with Databricks for data processing and analysis; • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; • Experience generating data-driven insights and recommendations; • Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects focused on efficiency and scalability; • Experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI; • Knowledge of data architecture and Big Data environments; • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP); • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
