📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Argentine legal entity • Work with SAP and ensure accounting data is accurately recorded and maintained • Prepare accounting data, analyses, and reports required for group reporting • Support month-end and other periodic closing and reporting activities • Cooperate with external accounting and tax providers where required • Potentially support payroll-related activities with an external payroll provider • Ensure accounting documentation and data are complete, accurate, and delivered on time • Coordinate selected accounting processes across the LATAM region, particularly Brazil and Mexico • Act as a key point of contact for external accounting firms supporting Brazil and Mexico • Coordinate the exchange of financial and accounting information with external providers • Monitor the timeliness, completeness, and quality of data received from local providers • Follow up on outstanding information and clarify accounting-related questions • Support preparation and consolidation of information required for group reporting across LATAM • Work closely with internal Finance stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting, ideally in an international organization or environment • Good understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting • Practical experience with SAP • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work effectively with external service providers and stakeholders across different countries • Fluent or strong English skills, both written and spoken • Comfortable working in a changing, international environment • Experience with payroll processes is nice to have • Experience working with accounting providers or shared service environments is nice to have • Exposure to LATAM accounting, particularly Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico is nice to have • Experience supporting group reporting or working with multinational organizations is nice to have • Must be based in Argentina
