📋 Description

• Coordinate pre-engagement triage, supplier tiering and risk evaluation. • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process with stakeholders, suppliers and third parties. • Collect, verify and track essential onboarding documentation and credentials. • Ensure compliance with procurement obligations, legislation, and sector regulations. • Maintain supplier registers, onboarding dashboards and supporting systems. • Facilitate contract and KPI reviews, escalating risks where needed. • Support data, financial, IT, and governance teams through strong cross-functional collaboration. • Assist with risk assessments, incident management and identifying procurement efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of due diligence processes, preferably in a third-party vendor management environment or related field. • Experience of producing dashboards, trends and analytics. • Ability to use a variety of MS Officer 365 applications.
