📋 Description

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs. • Conduct user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and feedback loops to inform product decisions. • Analyze and prioritize feature backlog using clear criteria (impact, effort, risk, alignment) and communicate trade-offs. • Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; work closely with engineering during design and implementation. • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure intuitive, usable workflows and a delightful user experience. • Measure, analyze, and report on product metrics (activation, retention, usage, churn), and use insights to iterate. • Support product launches through go-to-market strategy, documentation, internal training, and feedback cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or other technical fields. • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics, dashboards, data segmentation, and growth loops. • Technical fluency (able to understand architecture, APIs, integrations) to partner with engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with agile methodologies and lean product practices such as Scrum and Kanban. • Experience with user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and translating insights into product direction. • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack. • Portuguese - Fluent. • English - Fluent.
