📋 Description
•Responsible for providing technical support and administration for OCM services •Support the adoption team and mentor cross-functional members •Administer and manage OCM and adoption-related services using PTC Windchill, Creo, and general technical expertise •Assist in the development and refinement of PLM adoption and technical best practices •Develop and deliver documented training and mentoring programs tailored to customer needs •Design and manage adoption reporting metrics to track customer progress
🎯 Requirements
•7+ years of experience using and implementing global systems for large organizations •Strong proficiency in PLM systems and deep knowledge of Creo and Windchill use and administration •Excellent training, instructional, and project management skills •Extensive experience in PLM use and global system implementations •Established collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills •Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and end users in PLM environments •Ability to work independently while collaborating with the global adoption team
