📋 Description
• Lead strategic engagements focused on PLM systems implementation and transformation • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners • Engage with client stakeholders to elicit and translate business use cases • Lead design, implementation, and validation of PLM solutions • Partner with implementation architects to ensure solution alignment with SaaS best practices • Facilitate client workshops and document business processes • Mentor project teams and contribute to methodology development
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field • 7–12 years of experience in consulting, implementing, deploying, or supporting PLM systems • Proven ability to architect enterprise PLM solutions • Strong communication skills • Experience in software development and deployment using Java, JSP, XML, and Ant • Ability to visualize complex systems and guide diverse teams • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
