📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects • Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders • Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks • Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress • Perform cost analysis and establishing cost optimization projects • Drive and track maintenance coordination activities • Drive and track customer execution activities • Drive the continuing evolution of existing processes and tools • Drive the ISO certification as well as internal and external audits • Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing large, complex programs • Proven project management experience of SaaS Implementations • Strong leadership, escalation management and problem solving skills across cross-functional and distributed teams • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience • Ability to operate independently with high visibility and accountability • U.S. Citizen - This position requires eligibility under U.S. Government export control regulations and federal customer requirements; therefore, applicants must be U.S. citizens
