📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and lead projects deploying PTC’s technology solutions to drive client value • Own program financials, including cost, revenue, and margin • Own the PTC Professional Services relationship with the client • Manage customer accounts and day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of programs or large-scale projects • Define, align, and document client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps) • Support new business opportunities and project growth by selling incremental value or developing next steps in client roadmaps • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Management on account plans and strategies • Support and coach new team members with a ramp-up plan

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years demonstrated project management experience in leading projects or programs • Functional experience in Mobility, Manufacturing, Life Science, Electronics, or High Tech industries • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable degree • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French or German • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
