📋 Description

• Lead deployment projects from end to end, from scoping through production launch • Analyze client needs and advise them on optimizing their processes • Facilitate project workshops and coordinate the various stakeholders • Draft and obtain approval for functional specifications and project deliverables • Organize and carry out solution configuration in accordance with the client’s business rules • Support technical integrations, including ERP/HRIS connectors, SSO, and APIs • Manage testing, user acceptance testing, training, and handover to support teams • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes • Proactively relay client feedback to the product teams • Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction • Work with internal technical, product, and CSM teams, as well as client contacts in IT, Finance, HR, and business functions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Project Manager or Functional Consultant in a deployment project environment • Experience with Finance, HR, ERP, or HRIS solutions is a plus • Proficiency in databases and SQL • Understanding of web environments, APIs, SSO, and data exchange formats • Strong functional knowledge of accounting, business expenses, and business processes • Comfortable working on projects involving multiple stakeholders • Ability to provide functional consulting and advice to clients • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
