📋 Description

• Own a subset of project-specific tasks as directed by the Project Lead • Support cross-functional project delivery across quality, time, and cost objectives • Create, track, and update project plans • Compile project reports and status updates • Coordinate and lead internal and external project team meetings • Manage day-to-day project finances, including financial analyses, updates, and follow-up with functional leads • Own vendor management activities • Coordinate information from internal project functions to execute project deliverables • Manage cross-functional information gathering for the project Risk Register from initiation to closure • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 5+ years of previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Previous experience working on Non-Interventional studies • Excellent technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Solid attention to detail and process focus • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proactive and results-oriented, with ability to attend to stakeholder needs • Basic therapeutic area knowledge • Good understanding of project management principles covering time, quality, and cost • Basic financial acumen and financial understanding/awareness • Good coordination, organizational, time management, and planning skills • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and changing priorities • Ability to maintain compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Occasional domestic and international travel, including drives to site locations
