📋 Description

• Lead pneumatic development activities across multiple projects • Contribute to product development to meet project requirements • Ensure deliverables and validation activities are completed • Coordinate a team • Prepare, lead, and conduct development and validation tests at test tracks operated by customers or equipment manufacturers • Conduct tests and prepare pneumatic performance evaluation reports • Escalate critical issues during project review meetings • Act as the interface with suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education qualification equivalent to a Master’s degree (four- or five-year degree) from an engineering or specialized school, ideally in transport, mechanical engineering, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools • Fluency in English is essential • Experience conducting dynamic tests on different types of road surfaces and grip conditions • Ability to subjectively evaluate vehicle behavior • Interest in the automotive industry and the future of mobility • Strong communication skills • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Project management skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Customer-focused mindset • Strong writing skills • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks • Ability to make recommendations and take initiative • Ability to manage a variety of situations • Active listening skills • Leadership skills
