📋 Description

• Own delivery commitments for digital products throughout their entire lifecycle • Support business teams in their digital transformation • Lead the scoping, design, development, evolution, and maintenance of digital products • Lead a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with the Business Product Owner • Facilitate understanding and adoption of the RATP context through immersion, on-site activities, sprint reviews, and user testing • Coordinate stakeholders, including related products, software vendors, service providers, experts, integrators, DevOps teams, operations teams, and management controllers • Promote an AGILE mindset and delivery approach • Encourage iterative releases with a Time to Market of less than six months • Act as the technical reference for digital products • Oversee technical decisions, architecture, product quality, and scalability • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Digital Factory and enhance its digital assets

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5) • At least five years of experience in a similar role • Experience in digital, particularly in software development, architecture, or cybersecurity • Strong command of the relevant ecosystem and a keen interest in technology • Proven, hands-on experience managing digital projects • Significant experience working on AGILE projects • Customer-centric mindset, with strong listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of business teams and their end users • Determination to deliver on commitments, with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach • Natural leadership and the ability to step back, assess situations, and make decisions
