📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings with accounting firms, from project kickoff through post-project feedback • Analyze business needs based on field feedback and previous migration experience • Write documentation and user stories • Lead workshops and webinars • Manage migration projects by ensuring a clear, well-documented process • Adapt the approach to different situations while following existing processes • Communicate the alignment between technical solutions and business needs • Serve as the information link to the Back PSS team responsible for integration, fixes, and quality control • Contribute to configuring Pennylane in line with accounting firms’ business processes • Participate in functional testing before migration • Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration • Conduct interim and final functional tests • Contribute to post-migration reports and suggest improvements • Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs • Monitor product and industry developments • Suggest improvements and report gaps or malfunctions • Help turn business needs into actionable solutions • Understand the challenges faced by the Back PSS team and occasionally support production operations when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education or qualification: University Diploma in Business Administration (IUT GEA), Accounting Management Technician Certificate (BTS CGO), Accounting and Management Diploma (DCG), Higher Accounting and Management Diploma (DSCG), or Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA) • Experience in an accounting firm, ideally including experience with one or more migrations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to understand client needs and build trusted relationships • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Flexibility to adapt to the product’s rapid evolution • Eagerness to keep learning and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments • Minimum A2 level of English
