📋 Description

• Develop revenue in the pharmacy fit-out segment • Actively prospect pharmacy owners in the territory and close ongoing opportunities • Conduct site planning studies and take measurements during appointments • Produce 2D layout plans using AutoCAD • Define the pharmacy customer journey strategy • Submit projects to the design office for 3D modeling and cost estimating • Present the complete offering, negotiate and close fit-out projects from A to Z • Ensure client follow-up through final project delivery, without overseeing on-site execution

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced / senior profile • Proven experience in pharmacy fit-outs • Active network of pharmacy owners / groups • Strong command of AutoCAD (2D) required • Knowledge of construction trades • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations • High-level advisory/consultative approach • Strong interpersonal skills • Technical rigor • Spatial awareness • Valid driver’s license required
