📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings with accounting firms, from project kickoff through lessons learned • Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience • Write documentation and user stories • Facilitate workshops and webinars • Ensure migrations follow a clear, documented process • Adapt the approach to each situation while adhering to existing processes • Communicate how technical solutions align with business needs • Serve as the information liaison with the PSS Back team responsible for integration, fixes, and checks • Contribute to configuring Pennylane in line with accounting firms’ business processes • Participate in functional testing before migration • Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration • Conduct intermediate and final functional testing • Contribute to post-migration reports and propose improvements • Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs • Monitor product and business developments • Propose improvements and report gaps or malfunctions • Help turn business needs into actionable solutions • Understand the challenges faced by the PSS Back team and provide occasional production support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: University Diploma in Business Administration (IUT GEA), BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, or Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit (CCA) • Experience in an accounting firm • Experience with one or more accounting migrations is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong service mindset and customer relationship skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes • Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments • Minimum A2 level of English
