📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the store's operational and financial management • Lead, coach and develop the team – you are both a coach and a role model • Analyze and optimize processes using business KPIs • Ensure merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience • Plan and organize staff schedules and onboard new employees • Conduct team meetings, target-setting discussions and feedback sessions • Participate in the recruiting process (pre-selection and interviews) • Act as an interface between the store, area management and headquarters – you represent the values of the PTH group

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in retail • Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership role • Demonstrable leadership experience in a large-format retail store (mega store) with at least ten employees • Solid business management knowledge and confident handling of KPIs • Structured, solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial mindset • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and sense of responsibility • Action planning to achieve store goals, including goal setting, action development and success monitoring • Good German language skills for customer communication (at least C1) • Experience in multi-label retail to optimally present diverse product assortments (desirable)
