📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of the store • Lead, develop and coach the team – you are both coach and role model • Analyze and optimize processes using business performance indicators • Ensure merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience • Plan and organize staff deployment, onboard new employees • Conduct team meetings, target discussions and feedback sessions • Participate in the recruiting process (pre-selection and interviews) • Liaise between store, area management and headquarters – you represent the values of the PTH group

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in retail • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role • Demonstrable leadership experience in a large-scale retail store (mega store) with at least ten employees • Solid business management knowledge and confident handling of KPIs • Structured, solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial thinking • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and promote targeted development • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and sense of responsibility • Good German language skills for customer communication (at least C1)
