⢠Prepare payroll for locations in Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium ⢠Ensure accurate and timely execution of relevant processes ⢠Assist employees with payroll, social security, and tax inquiries ⢠Create and analyze KPIs and HR-related reports to support management ⢠Support development of compensation and benefits strategy ⢠Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies ⢠Optimize existing processes in collaboration with other departments ⢠Maintain relevant data in the Deel system for efficient data management ⢠Support audits and external reviews by providing necessary documents and information
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or payroll ⢠Several years of experience in (international) payroll ⢠In-depth knowledge of (international) labor law, social security law, and tax law ⢠Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel ⢠Good command of English, both spoken and written ⢠Motivation for professional development in the field of payroll ⢠Strong communication skills ⢠Open, friendly, and helpful manner ⢠High service orientation and customer-focused mindset ⢠Team player with a structured work style and ability to maintain an overview in complex tasks
