📋 Description
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers • Translate PTV's North Star vision into an outcome-based roadmap • Own PTV's product strategy for cloud-native solutions migration • Drive cross-functional alignment with various departments including Finance and Legal • Ensure product organization's metrics and narratives appeal to lenders and investors
🎯 Requirements
• Proven execution experience delivering technology products at scale • Hands-on technological curiosity regarding cloud-native architecture, developer APIs, and AI/ML • Comfortable in CFO-level conversations about product funding, ARR/NRR mechanics, and investment trade-offs • Fluent in B2B enterprise dynamics and complex sales cycles • Must be an inspiring people leader who attracts and develops product talent
