📋 Description

• Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track. • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients. • Lead client discovery phases and understand business needs before development begins. • Break complex requirements into executable iterations for engineering teams. • Maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps. • Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews. • Provide clients with regular updates on status, risks, and decisions. • Scope and price engagements, contribute to proposals, and support presales. • Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ensure features meet client expectations and user needs. • Monitor project health using KPIs and flag risks proactively. • Test completed features against agreed requirements before delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field. • At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment. • Hands-on experience with the presales process including writing proposals, scoping projects, and running discovery workshops. • Strong understanding of how digital products are built and a product management mindset. • Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working within an Agile delivery process. • Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that solve the actual business problem. • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. • Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is a strong plus. • Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar tools. • Ability to work across US and European time zones. • Fluent English at C1 level or above with strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work. • Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones.
