• Campaign Activation • Execute branded content campaigns for global brands • Work closely with the Client Services, Editorial, and Creative departments • Adapt content to native formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms • Ensure alignment between the creative concept and the final execution • Manage timelines, deliverables, and publishing quality • Monitor initial performance and propose optimizations when needed • Track trends, formats, and relevant creators, primarily in the US market • Identify reactive opportunities and propose quick activations • Ensure campaigns are connected to the actual behavior of platforms • Contribute insights that strengthen creative responses to briefs • Support the development of responses to RFPs and briefs • Provide references, formats, and audience insights • Help structure storytelling that feels organic within the feed • Contribute to raising the creative standard of deliverables
• Previous experience in an agency, publisher, or branded content team • Strong understanding of social media, digital culture, and Gen Z behavior • Hands-on experience creating/adapting social content • Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop or similar • Fluent English (essential — role serves the US market) • Organized and able to work with international teams across time zones • Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
