📋 Description

• Overseeing and executing audits within the Compliance Department • Developing and maintaining an annual audit management plan • Leading or participating in audits from planning to reporting • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior auditors • Analyzing regulatory and contractual requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (required) • 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management • Strong understanding of internal control principles and audit methodologies • Proficiency in data analytics or audit software tools is a plus • Experience with SOC 1/SOC 2 (or similar frameworks) • CISA, CIA, CPA, or other relevant credentials (Preferred)
