📋 Description

• Establish and lead the Regulatory Intelligence function • Design and maintain a repository of regulatory requirements • Meet with business units to assess regulatory needs • Develop regulatory resources and toolkits • Maintain relationships with state regulatory bodies • Support organizational readiness for regulatory audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance • Strong understanding of consumer-directed services • Experience interpreting complex regulatory guidance • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to design scalable processes • Familiarity with state-specific program requirements
