📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex enterprise SaaS implementation projects, guiding major brands from initial onboarding to successful expansion. • Manage risks, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable customer value. • Lead scoping sessions, technical workshops, and timeline planning for new enterprise client onboardings. • Deliver major enterprise implementation projects from kickoff to launch. • Establish high-trust relationships with key client stakeholders and mentor junior project managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German & English: You will navigate complex enterprise client conversations in German and collaborate with our global, distributed team in English. • 5+ Years SaaS Implementation Experience: You have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex, technical enterprise SaaS project lifecycles from onboarding to expansion, ideally within retail, publishing, or marketing tech. • Technical & Commercial Acumen: You are deeply familiar with project management tools (Agile, Asana, Jira) and possess a solid understanding of HTML, design tools, analytics, APIs, and custom integrations to effectively scope technical client requirements. • AI-First Execution: You must have a proven track record of working in an AI-first way, leveraging generative AI tools to hyper-personalize communications, automate project documentation, summarize meeting data, and accelerate your delivery velocity.
