• Create and curate engaging social media posts focused on Entertainment, British Royal Family, and trending news topics. • Research and identify fresh stories, viral trends, and emerging conversations across platforms. • Edit and prioritize stories, ensuring high editorial standards while meeting deadlines. • Design visually appealing posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Photoshop, and schedule them for publishing. • Collaborate with editorial leads and writers to maintain consistency in tone, quality, and timeliness. • Track platform performance and stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in social media editing, digital publishing, or editorial roles. • Strong command of English with excellent grammar, editing, and headline-writing skills. • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant design/editing tools. • Ability to spot and translate trending topics into engaging, platform-optimized posts. • Keen eye for detail, accuracy, and visual storytelling. • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced digital newsroom environment.
