📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Compliance, IT, Finance, Marketing, and executive leadership • Support legal aspects of product and service evolution, launches, and go-to-market initiatives • Contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes, templates, and operational workflows • Assist with privacy and regulatory compliance matters, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and related frameworks • Support ongoing compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications • Help identify legal and operational risks while providing practical, business-focused guidance • Stay informed on evolving legal developments impacting SaaS, technology, AI, privacy, and international business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with strong academic credentials • Qualified lawyer and active membership in a recognized bar association • 8+ years of legal experience in the technology sector, either in-house or at a law firm • Strong experience handling technology transactions, SaaS agreements, licensing, and commercial contracts • Understanding of software products, cloud services, and technology business models • Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across distributed global teams • Technologically proficient and interested in leveraging AI-enabled legal and productivity tools responsibly and effectively • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
