📋 Description

• Define and lead end-to-end Marketing strategy, aligning it with Pulsus's revenue and expansion goals. • Oversee and optimize Inbound Marketing operations (SEO, Content, Automation), Paid Media, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key accounts. • Manage Pulsus's reputation and Branding, ensuring consistent communication and high impact at events and PR. • Monitor and report critical Marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, MQLs, Funnel Coverage, etc.) to the executive team, using insights to continuously refine strategies. • Recruit, develop, and lead the Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. • Manage the Marketing budget strategically, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI. • Create and manage co-marketing and sales enablement programs for partners and channels, ensuring Marketing accelerates the indirect sales engine. • Stay ahead of technological trends, identifying and implementing AI solutions to increase operational efficiency and personalize Marketing campaigns. • Plan and supervise the execution of high-profile events and trade shows, from booth strategy and content to post-event lead qualification, maximizing **Branding impact** and **business generation**.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. • Leadership experience, preferably in Technology/SaaS B2B companies or fast-growing markets. • P&L/Budget Management: Strong track record managing marketing budgets, demonstrating strategic resource allocation and ROI optimization. • Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy Expertise: Proven hands-on experience defining, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across the entire funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention. • Ability to translate revenue and expansion goals into actionable marketing plans, demonstrating strong alignment with Sales and Product teams. • Advanced ability in Marketing data analysis (CAC, LTV, MQLs, Sales Funnel, Coverage, etc.), using Business Intelligence or Analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions. • Ability to develop effective co-marketing and sales enablement programs, turning marketing into a driver of indirect sales. • Proven ability to plan and oversee events and trade shows, maximizing returns in branding and, crucially, in post-event lead qualification and generation. • **For this role, the following are a plus:** • Fluency in English and/or Spanish. • Leadership in Innovation and AI Proficiency: Expertise in identifying, integrating, and managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning solutions, actively using them to automate and optimize end-to-end Marketing processes, drive personalization at scale, and deliver substantial operational efficiency gains.
