📋 Description

• Lead the redefinition of Pulsus's front-end architecture. • Plan and build a scalable, robust, well-documented Design System based on UI/UX best practices. • Create reusable, accessible, and tested components. • Propose and implement coding best practices, standardizations, and guidelines. • Work closely with the Product and Design teams to turn requirements into efficient solutions. • Contribute to front-end performance, quality, and security. • Support other developers in adopting the new architecture and the Design System. • Participate in the technical definition of new features. • Assist with the gradual migration of the current front-end to the new structure.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with React (hooks, Context, and modern best practices). • Previous experience defining front-end architectures (monorepo, modularization, microfrontends, atomic design, etc.). • Experience building or maintaining Design Systems. • Proficient in TypeScript. • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG). • Experience with testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress). • Solid knowledge of state management (React Query, Zustand, Redux, Recoil, etc.). • Good understanding of performance, optimization, and front-end best practices. • Ability to provide technical leadership and communicate clearly.
