• Lead onboarding for new resellers, ensuring full integration into the company's processes and policies. • Manage the partner portfolio with a focus on increasing MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and improving commercial performance. • Develop and deliver technical and commercial training (including customized e-learning) to continuously enable partners. • Present the product, internal processes, and how the involved departments operate (customer support, finance, sales, and product). • Support partners during their initial negotiations, including quotes, proposals, and implementations. • Help partners win their first customers and develop commercial autonomy. • Define target audiences and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification. • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and manage activities through the CRM. • Provide ongoing commercial support, ensuring partner maturity, engagement, and performance improvement.
• Experience with partner programs, sales enablement, or B2B channel management; • Ability to design and implement processes and enablement programs within SaaS companies; • Strong instructional skills, communication, and ability to mediate between partner interests and internal teams; • Strategic, organized mindset with a long-term perspective; • **Residential base in São Paulo or the surrounding region for in-person meetings 3x/week and to attend __strategic events__.** • **For this role, the following are a plus:** • Advantage: experience in SaaS and MDM • Knowledge of Spanish; • Knowledge of English.
