📋 Description

• Build internal AI apps and workflow automations to enhance GTM processes • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Community Engineering, and Customer Success • Analyze high-performing GTM behaviors and create scalable systems • Develop activation tooling for user onboarding and trial health scoring • Create systems to identify ready-to-upgrade users from free trials • Build early-warning systems for account disengagement • Instrument funnel analytics for user retention insights

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack or backend development experience • Fluent with AI-assisted development using LLMs and AI APIs • Understanding of GTM systems and Salesforce • Experience with automation and integration tooling • Ability to work across the stack: Python scripting, API wiring, front-end building • Strong ownership of outcomes and problem-solving ability • Good communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
