📋 Description

• Handle one or two projects remotely each year, for example via Microsoft Teams. • Spend two weeks on-site with the client. • Empower entrepreneurs, co-piloting their journey toward sustainable and inclusive business development. • Leave a lasting impact on the community: socially, environmentally, and economically. • Turn knowledge into a hands-on project plan. • Expand horizons at sector days and build a diverse network.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in finance, preferably with expertise in accountancy and/or micro finance. • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. • Bonus points for French or Spanish proficiency! • Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft 365. • Understanding the differences in culture and operate on the basis of equality. • Willingness to operate as a coach and sparring partner in various cultures and changing circumstances.
