PUM is an impact-driven, volunteer-based development organization that connects experienced experts with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and local organizations to provide management, technical and sector-specific assistance. It supports sustainable economic, social and ecological development across agriculture, food processing, healthcare, ICT, manufacturing and other sectors through capacity building, consultancy and hands-on projects in about 30 countries. PUM runs thousands of collaborations annually to strengthen local entrepreneurship, improve operations and promote inclusive growth.

📋 Description

• Match with up to three projects per year within our Food or Non-Food themes, either remotely or on location. • Spend two weeks on-site with the client if selected for an on-location project. • Empower entrepreneurs, supporting their journey toward sustainable and inclusive business development. • Leave a lasting impact on the community: socially, environmentally, and economically. • Turn your knowledge into a hands-on project plan. • Expand your horizons at sector days and build a diverse network.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance • Expertise in accountancy and/or micro finance • Proficiency in English (both verbally and in writing) • Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365 • Bonus points for French or Spanish proficiency. • Reside in the Netherlands • Registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP) • Have Dutch basic health insurance
