• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Conduct targeted research on potential clients within key industries • Build trust and rapport with prospects and establish long-term relationships • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and handover to the delivery team • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches • Maintain accurate and updated records of all prospect interactions in CRM
• 5+ years sales or business development experience • Post-secondary education in Digital Media and IT, Marketing, Business Communications or relevant field preferred • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas • Demonstrable experience with CRM software • Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products
