• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing field sales teams within the IT infrastructure or storage industry, specifically focused on the SLED market. • Expert-level skills in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional resources (SEs, Inside Sales, Channels) to win large-scale public sector contracts. • Deep understanding of the unique procurement, funding, and technical requirements of State, Local, and Education departments. • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use CRM tools for data-driven decision-making, territory planning, and accurate revenue forecasting. • Exceptional persuasive communication skills with a track record of building trust and establishing long-term business relationships at the CIO and Director level.
