📋 Description

• Support project operations and delivery, working directly with end clients and internal cross-functional teams • Assist the lead project consultant with end-to-end deliverables across project types • Independently manage delivery end to end for low-risk projects, including polls and incidence checks • Manage top-up and competitor client delivery of won opportunities • Understand and support client project briefs and tasks • Participate in internal and external kick-off calls • Review survey questionnaires for design and experience, including mobile optimisation • Provide basic scripting/programming fulfilment • Manage internal and external stakeholders proactively • Assist with sample, quota management and fulfilment • Conduct data and quality assurance checks • Generate data and reports • Protect the consumer experience and comply with best practices • Document and update project briefs/specifications in Salesforce • Create and update daily progress reports and solutions • Document project details according to required accreditations and policies

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in project management (in MR industry) • Proven ability to handle 10+ projects to a high standard at any given time • Proactive in managing tasks and troubleshooting • Experience with task allocations and management • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Ability to work Australian shift timing • Understanding that occasional after-hours and weekend support is required
